VBAC - Can have normal delivery after C-section

VBAC- Vaginal birth after C-section.

Normally if everything is good then we can go for normal delivery. check these points-

1. Gap between c-section and next delivery should be minimum 18 months.

2. if first time c-section has done because of baby 's health issue and not yours then chances of having normal delivery this time would be more.

3. if your health condition is good with out any problems and infections then chances are more

4. Need to discuss with doc about VBAC well ahead. we don't know whats going to happen at the time of delivery so better to prepare for emergency c-section, which may be bit risky than planned c-section.

5.You should be prepared for pregnancy pains.Pains intensity differ from each person. Some will have a kind of easy delivery with cut (episiotomy). but i have seen girls who faced 12-15 hours pains.

6.Risk of VBAC is uterine rupture. if our last delivery doc has not stiched uterine firmly/not healed yet then there is chance of uterine rupture.

As VBAC is bit risky better to take two to three docs opinion before opting for it. I thought a lot before going for VBAC and felt tensed, but it was not risky as i thought. So I suggest to go for VBAC than going for planned c-section.
