Why yoga

Yoga makes our body flexible and strengthens it.
Breathing exercises makes our lungs work nicely.Cleans our nostrils, stomach and lungs.
Yoga heals back pain,thyroid,neck pains,knees pain,fatigue,depression,headaches etc.
Surya namaskaras in yoga help to decrease weight.it shapes up our body.
Yoga asanas decrease after delivery gained abdomen
Each asana has it's own importance in resolving one or other problems in us.
It's good to do to keep our health in condition.

These are some examples which myself and my friends experienced.there might be so many uses of yoga.
